Ingrid Harper, MFA, has been teaching art to small classes for the last seventeen years. Prior to that she taught painting and art history at the Portland Community College, Sylvania Campus, and before that she was a faculty member in the art department at the University of Georgia in Atlanta. The art classes are small, 6-8 students.
